Our old world style salamis come in a variety of tastes and styles to suit any occasion. Some of our favorites:
Salami di Cascina. The Tellicherry black pepper has a full, robust flavor described as almost fruity.
Salami di Brianza. Taste the earthy spiciness of whole white peppercorns and a hint of crushed white pepper and garlic.
Rustic salami. Currently we have: a Rustic Brianza, an uncomplicated everyday easy going style and a Rustic Casina, an old world classic in a farmhouse format.
Spanish dry style Chorizo; it has the full-bodied flavor of both dulce and picante smoked Pimentón de la Vera with a roundness from oregano and garlic and some depth from Spanish dry white wine.
Pepperoni, it has the bold flavor of black pepper and sweet paprika, the brightness of cracked fennel seeds and a little spiciness from red pepper flakes.
